Every Lephrone diffuser includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials, electronic components, and normal device operation. Our support team can help with troubleshooting, replacement parts, or replacement options when a product qualifies under the warranty.

Warranty details

Review the key terms below before submitting a warranty request.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including eligible issues with the diffuser mechanism, electronic components, charging or power operation, and factory-related malfunctions.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, damage caused by improper oils or liquids, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from use outside the product instructions.
Coverage lasts for one year from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase may be required to confirm eligibility.
Email info@lephrone.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video if applicable. Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.
If your product qualifies, Lephrone may offer troubleshooting support, replacement parts, a replacement device, or another appropriate resolution based on the issue and product availability.
