Delete your Lephrone account

If you have an account in the Lephrone app, you can request deletion of your account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

Fastest

Open the Lephrone app and sign in.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and the cloud data linked to it are deleted immediately.

By request

Submit the email address registered to your Lephrone account. We may contact you to verify ownership, then delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your email address and display name.
Your account identifier.
The device identifiers stored for your account.
The schedules and settings the app keeps for your account in the cloud.
The link between your account and your diffuser.

What is kept

Data stored on the diffuser itself stays until the diffuser is reset.
Records we are required by law to keep, such as order and tax records, are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted.
